We handle Debts and Demands hearings before Commissioners of Accounts and Show Cause against Distribution hearings in Circuit Court. We also keep all interested parties fully informed during the administration process.
We offer litigation services for executors, administrators, heirs, beneficiaries and family members who need Court action related to an Estate.
Jurisdictions regularly covered include Roanoke City, Roanoke County, Salem, Botetourt County, Craig County, Franklin County, Montgomery County and Bedford County. We will consider litigation in other Courts within reasonable travel distance. We have handled cases in Smith County, to the southwest, and Augusta County, to the north, for example.
